Vinodh Srinivasan is head programmer for the project and did most of the coding work and data harvesting. Tapan Mehta acts as co-developer and was involved during data harvesting and early stages of tool development. Mikako Kawai designed and implemented the Web site and tool logo. Ann Loraine implemented prototypes for the pathway-level co-expression analysis code, Web services, and various data-mining scripts and python modules. Vinodh Srinivasan ported Ann's python PLC code to Java. Grier Page invented the deleted residuals and K-S quality control testing procedure. Ann Loraine and Grier Page provided project leadership and interface design.
